Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-7 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 2-7 business days. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipped worldwide. Please allow up to 15 days for international shipping. We are working hard behind the scenes to decrease this timeframe but for now, please be patient, it'll be worth the wait!
If our manufacturer is unable to deliver to your country you will be notified immediately.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LOOTSTATION is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@lootstation.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
